What it is
A marketplace connecting Filipino professionals — virtual assistants, bookkeepers, customer service, specialists — with employers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada. People are hired direct and paid direct, through Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer.
How candidates are vetted
Profiles carry skill badges, a verified CV, a voice introduction and an activity indicator, with AI scoring on top to rank against a role. Employers browse, read, listen, and contact whoever fits. A qualified applicant usually appears within a day or two; hiring closes in under a week.
Why free
No subscription, no placement fee, no commission on anyone's pay. The Philippines has a deep pool of English-fluent people trained by two decades of BPO work, and the reason they are underpaid is the stack of intermediaries between them and the employer. Removing the intermediary was the whole product.
