Stack

  • Swift / Mac
  • MLX
  • OpenClaw
  • Qwen

A voice-first Mac agent that runs on your own silicon

What it is

A menu-bar agent for macOS with voice and text input, screen vision, cron jobs, proactive alerts, and a skill system. It reads your calendar, sets reminders, looks things up, opens files, writes code, checks a stock, posts to X, and generates music.

It speaks OpenClaw natively, so every skill written for that ecosystem works here without a port.

Local first, cloud when it earns it

Qwen 3.5 in four sizes and Mistral run on-device through MLX. When a task genuinely needs a bigger brain, it escalates to Claude, GPT-4o or anything on OpenRouter. You choose the line.

Siri still needs a network round trip to set a timer. That comparison is the whole reason this exists.

Install

Download the DMG, run the setup command that installs Python and the MLX engine, drag the app across, grant Accessibility. Or build from source — the setup and run scripts are in the repo.

What is in it

Voice and text

Hold a key, speak, or type if the room is loud.

Screen vision

It can look at what you are looking at.

Cron and alerts

Scheduled jobs that come to you, not the other way round.

Skill system

OpenClaw skills run natively.
